Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
✅ A clear photo of the issue
✅ Your order number

We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because each item is custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect. We recommend carefully reviewing size charts and product details before ordering.
